The FRAP Network is pleased to make available the full replay of its webinar on spatial transcriptomics, which brought together industry leaders and academic end users for a comprehensive overview of the field.

About the Webinar

Spatial transcriptomics is rapidly transforming our understanding of gene expression in tissue context. This webinar offered a unique opportunity to hear directly from leading technology providers and researchers actively using these platforms in their work.

Program

Session 1 – Industry Presentations
Representatives from 10x Genomics, Bio-Techne, Bruker Spatial Biology, Takara Bio, Vizgen, and Parhelia each presented their spatial transcriptomics solutions, followed by open discussions with the audience.

Session 2 – Academic Platforms
Dr. Florence Schaffner, Deputy Director of the Cancéropôle Est, provided an overview of the National Spatial Omic Network in Oncology and the academic landscape in France.

Session 3 – User Experience
Researchers shared their hands-on experience with three major platforms: Rémy Nicolle (Visium), Julien Lavergne (RNAscope), and Zeynep Madran (Xenium).

Spatial Omics Platform Map

As part of this initiative, the Cancéropôles, in collaboration with field experts, have produced a comprehensive map of spatial omics platforms available in France. This resource provides an overview of the national landscape and is intended to help researchers identify platforms and facilities accessible to them.
